I call this receipe Chicken Ala Nick. I probably got it from Somewhere but I Like the name we made up.

Bascically its like Chicken Cord On Blue
Ingredients
5 Chicken culets trimmed and flattened (Makes them easier to roll)
1 box of Turkey or Chicken stove top Stuffing Mix
1 Egg
1/2 cup of milk
1/2lb of swiss cheese sliced thin
1/2 lb of ham or Salami cut thin
1 stick of Butter
Ties or toothpicks to hold chicken together when rolled

Take your chicken cutlets and take a piece of cheese and a slice of ham or Salami or anything else you want to put in their then roll your chicken if the chicken is wide its great cause you can turn in the sides back into the tolled chicken. Put toothpicks in the roll or tie with ties used for cooking. Then open you stuffing mix. Dont oepne the bag just start crushing the bread crumbs by squeezing on the bag. be careful dont pop the bag that could be a big mess. Once your done with that you dont want all of the bread crumbs to be small just some of it. Miz your egg and milk dip the whole rolled chicken in it then place your stuffing mix in a bowl and bread the rolled chicken. When you take it out scoop it with your hand you want lots of excess on the chiken roll and place it in a baking pan. Oh preheat oven 425 degrees. Continue till all chicken is rolled. Put in oven. While thats in the oven melt the stick of butter. After 15 minutes drizzle a little butter over each of the rolled chickn breast then lightly cover with alumin foil. Cook for additional 20 minutes. You can check it when you take it our cut into one to make sure fully cooked (depends on how thick your chicken was) Place on plate remove toothpicks or whatever you used to hold it together and its yummy! Best chicken I ever had. Hope you can follow my crazy directions.
