I am not sure if this would be classified as other pets but Rio has three squirrel friends that stop by daily to play with him. We call them the three stooges. They deliberately run in the yard and jump around and make him crazy. When he see's they are too close he walks around with his head up in the air like he doesn't see them. Rio loves other animasl and doesn't want to hurt them. I think if one of them came face to face with Rio he would be in shock. They do this daily. You can actually tell the squirrels are talking to each other figuring out how to drive RIo crazy but he loves it and gets lots of excercise.

Well Rio has not been happy his best buds have not been around much because its freezing here and snowy. Every winter we worry about these little guys out their. Then come the warmer weather they come back or on the next nice day. We hope they are warm and have full tummy's

Like I said I think if Rio got face to face with them he would pass out and probably vice versa! So you had Smamy the squirrel that is cute.. |

That's so adorable!! If Kali and Kasia came across a squirrel they'd start chasing it. Whenever we walk them we have wild bunnies around and whenever they see them they go crazy and try to chase them. It's a good thing they're on a leash otherwise they'd just take off after the poor bunnies.
When I lived in an apartment (this was before we had Kali and Kasia) we had this squirrel we started feeding nuts to and he'd come up to our patio. We even named him Sammy. I sometimes wonder how he's doing...lol.
