He's an orange tabby and as a kitten was quite a terror but has calmed down quite a bit. He loves attention and is always asking for it. Patches we adopted from a local shelter here in Denver. She's a black and white cat. She's very laid back and is mostly likes doing her own thing. Both are very much lap cats.

Posted - 11/13/2005 : 18:53:59 Yea our cats and dogs get a long. Well when we first got kali we were kinda worried, not really sure how she'd handle our cats. Patches took awhile to get used to having a dog in the house but Kali didn't do anything to the cats. In fact she'd avoid them. It's funny cause she won't look the cats in the eyes. So we then got Kasia who does chase patches, and once in awhile KC but she just chases them a little bit and that's it. She doesn't do anything to them. The most she does is to bark at them. Plus the cats are able to jump up in high places to get away.

Posted - 11/13/2005 : 15:03:15 I guess your kitties and you doggies get along really well. I would be afraid to introduce a kitten to my two silly cockers. But then their parents live with all animals. Actually Nicky came from their so I think he would do good. I don't know wbaout Rio. |
